Who runs the site
The Market TG website and bot are run by the administration of the Market TG service (market-tg.com). Email: info@market-tg.com, Telegram: t.me/market_arg_bot.
What data the site processes
The site has no sign-up, no forms, no ads and no visitor counters, and it sets no cookies. Fonts and images load from this same server; the page calls no third-party services.
Like any web server, ours sees technical request data: IP address, time, page address and browser. The web server writes them to a log to serve pages and fend off attacks. The logs are not used to identify you and are deleted by log rotation.
What the site stores in your browser
This storage is strictly necessary: it remembers a setting you chose yourself, so it needs no consent (LSSI-CE art. 22.2, ePrivacy Directive art. 5(3)).

Telegram and email
The “Connect the bot”, “See an example” and “Contact us on Telegram” buttons take you to Telegram, where Telegram's privacy policy applies. We use your Telegram messages and emails to info@market-tg.com only to reply and to connect the bot.
Data in the bot
The bot runs inside Telegram and gets what a channel member sends it: Telegram id, @username, and the listing's text and photos. It needs them to publish a listing, take it down when it expires or when the author asks, and keep banned users out. The channel owner is responsible for the channel's rules and content.
Legal basis and hosting
Technical data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest: running and protecting the site (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). The server is hosted by Contabo GmbH in Germany (EU). Email to info@market-tg.com is received and forwarded to us by our domain registrar, Spaceship, Inc. (USA, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses), and stored in our Gmail mailbox at Google LLC (USA, Data Privacy Framework). There are no other recipients.
The site does not collect children's data. In Spain, people can consent to the processing of their data from the age of 14 (LOPDGDD art. 7).
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, erasure, restricted processing and portability, and you can object to processing. Email us at info@market-tg.com or message us on Telegram at t.me/market_arg_bot and we will reply within a month.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency AEPD (aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority of your country. For citizens of Russia, Federal Law 152-FZ on personal data applies, and the supervisory authority is Roskomnadzor.
Terms of connection
The first month is free; after that, connecting the bot to one channel or group costs $50 a month: a subscription, paid for each following month. What is included is described on the home page; timing, payment method and details are agreed on Telegram before you pay.
The bot works through the Telegram Bot API. If Telegram restricts a channel or changes its rules, we will tell you what can be done, but we are not responsible for Telegram's decisions. We do not guarantee sales in the channel or ad income.
The channel owner is responsible for what is published in the channel and for following Telegram's rules and the laws of their country.
